La Baia

La Baia in Bay Harbor Islands is the latest project from visionary New York developer Ian Bruce Eichner, who is credited with placing Miami Beach’s prestigious South of Fifth neighborhood on the map. Internationally acclaimed architect Luis Revuelta will be leading the design while the landscape will be envisioned by Enzo Enea.

Located at 9201 E Bay Harbor Drive, in the pristine neighborhood of Bay Harbor Islands this eight-story boutique building will be comprised of 68 Exclusive Luxury Residences ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms and a private marina with 20 boat slips.
